One sign that your (moderate) social adeptness is learned: begrudgingly following relational conventions and sometimes secretly hating them.

I wholeheartedly agree.
I’m not sure if this would fall under the aforementioned sign, but:
Allowing others to reach a conclusion that you reached several minutes before them because it’s good for them to figure it out on their own (no many how many times you have to play the jeopardy theme song in your head).
